1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fellowship Compass ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and listing administrators.

2. Description of Service

Fellowship Compass is a faith-based community directory that helps people discover local churches, faith-based organizations, schools, and related ministries. We provide listing pages, event calendars, and community tools. We do not endorse any specific denomination, theological position, or religious organization listed on the platform.

3. Listing Owners & Administrators

Organizations that claim or submit a listing ("Listing Owners") are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they provide, including service times, event details, contact information, and images. Fellowship Compass reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of the organization and that the information provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

4. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Planning Center Integration

Listing owners may optionally connect their Planning Center Online account to sync events automatically. By connecting, you authorize Fellowship Compass to read event data from your Planning Center account on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time from your listing management page. We store only the information necessary to maintain the sync and do not share your Planning Center credentials with any third party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or fraudulent listing information
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person or organization
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code that is original to Fellowship Compass is protected by copyright. Organizations retain ownership of the content they submit (logos, descriptions, images) and grant Fellowship Compass a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

Fellowship Compass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information. We are not responsible for the content, practices, beliefs, or actions of any organization listed on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fellowship Compass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
